Unitec Institute of Technology is the largest technological in situated in Auckland, New Zealand found in the year of 1976 as name of Carrington Technical Institute. In 1999, Institute rename by Unitec Institute of Technology. Main Campus of institute is situated in Mt Albert includes academic and departmental buildings. It is a member of the International Association of Universities.
UIT offers more than 100 programs including 14 Master Degree programs, 19 Bachelors degree programs and 17 postgraduate and graduate diplomas and certificates. The Institute mainly known for Engineering, Performing Arts, Commerce & Banking, Management , Media , Nursing, Education , Arts and Hostel Management. Institute also offers learning center providing support to improve academic reading and writing.
The Institute educates more than 15000 students every year including 2000 of international students from the different corner of the world.
