Location : Ahmedabad
Shift / Working hour : 10:30 AM to 07:30 PM
Skill & Experience :
- IELTS Faculty -: Good Communicator and Responsible
- Good at planning and organizational skills
- Good Presentation and teaching skills
- Should know the IELTS system well and its exams
- English fluency (in both written and verbal communication).
- Advisable to submit official certificates meeting our minimum requirements: IELTS certificate with the overall IELTS band 8.0
- Experience: At least 1 year of teaching IELTS
- Making teaching plans for the IELTS Program
- Managing the class; preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students Online and offline flexible for working hours
- Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises
- Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students
- Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records
Job Description :
- Responsible for delivering 60-70% of students clearing with minimum 6 bands
- To monitor operations of the Centre to ensure there is full seat capacity utilization for IELTS / PTE and TOEFL coaching
- To design, deploy and operationalise framework for regular assessment of students performance and ensure regular measurement of the same
- To share regular feedback with faculty on students performance and identify corrective measures and initiatives to ensure high student success rates
- To drive initiatives to ensure achievement of IELTS / PTE / TOEFL Result Success Rate targets To ensure the Drop Out rate post joining classes is minimal / within prescribed limits and achievement of high Retention rates of joined students
- To devise the framework for the assessment of Faculty performance and ensure regular recording and monitoring of the Faculty Performance
- To coach the Faculty to ensure highs standards of academic excellence and positive student feedback
- To actively engage with the Faculty to ensure low attrition and high standards of performance by the faculty
- To supervise the working of Front Desk Executives at the Coaching Centre to ensure the effective and efficient front desk operations
- To train and coach the Front Desk Executives to ensure high standards of the student experience
- To maintain the mechanism for regular interaction with the students to gain and insight into the challenges faced by the students and support required by students
- To ensure timely corrective action is taken to resolve all challenges faced by the students

Job Description :
- Having knowledge of all countries counselling-International education consultant
- Connect from the database given with the candidates to explain the course details, counsel them about the current market trend related to the course, and convert them into successful admission.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals’ contact details in the Master MIS after every call.
- Handle day-to-day general queries related to the product and courses with the students.
- Studying the details of each course to remain abreast of updates/modifications in the edtech industry.
- Should be well versed with the course knowledge so as to answer questions about the course or the company.
- Addressing candidates’ uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time to the concerned team.
- Noting important details of each conversation and updating the same in the Master MIS.
