Middlesex university , founded in 1878 , is a public university affiliated with the common wealth universities organization , the European university affiliation ,the association of modern universities and the united kingdom universities.Earlier , the university was established as the polytechnic university of Middlesex. In 1992 , it acquired university status. In 2012 , the university tried to reform its Educational college into schools. It was awarded silver by the teaching excellence framework.

It has also won the Queen’s Anniversary Prize three times and has received the Queen’s award for Enterprise twice for its international work. The university of Middlesex is a main campus in Hendon , north London . Additionally, it has campuses in Malta, Dubai and Mauritius as well as a number of local offices across the globe. In London, Middlesex has a student population of over 19000, and more than, 37000 worldwide.

In 22 countries across Europe , the united states , and the world , the university has student exchange agreements with over 100 universities. Over 140 nationalities are represented on the Hendon campus in Middlesex only. The university host three main faculties , such as the faculty of arts & creative industries , the faculty of technical & social sciences and the faculty of science & the faculty of science & technology, form the university’s academic structure.
