Hertfordshire university is a public university that was founded in 1952. This university has developed its origins primarily in aeronautical engineering. In 1961 , the Education ministry gave it the staus of a regional institution. This college was granted university status by the british Government in 1992. Hertfordshire university is a modern university situated in the country of Hertfordshire , around 35km north of London, mostly in Hatfield. Known as the leading business – facing university in the United kingdom, Hertforshire has more than 25000 students from almost 90 various countries enrolled. The Guardian university award for student experience was presented to Hertfordshire university in 2015. There are two campuses at the university of Hertfordshire, named De Havilland and college road , spread over vast premises.

The college has several research centers in different areas , including health and human sciences , art and humanities ,science and technology. Over 800 undergraduate , postgraduate , onlie learning and shorter courses are offered by the university in its 11 schools of study , with around 50 academic department and 24 training centers.
